1. About BookMyMedia
BookMyMedia.in is operated by IActive Focus Media Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan. The platform serves as a national marketplace connecting outdoor advertising media owners ("Partners") with brands, agencies, and advertisers ("Clients") for the discovery, planning, and execution of out-of-home (OOH) and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising campaigns across India.
2. Platform Usage
The platform is provided for legitimate business use related to outdoor advertising. Users agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically extract data from the platform. Users shall not attempt to circumvent platform workflows to contact media owners directly using information obtained through BookMyMedia. BookMyMedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
3. Inventory Listings
All site listings on the platform are provided by verified media partners. BookMyMedia applies proprietary Site Intelligence scoring including traffic analysis, quality tier classification, and viewership estimates. These are algorithmically generated and indicative in nature. Site availability is updated regularly but is subject to real-time changes. BookMyMedia does not guarantee availability at the time of enquiry. Site photographs may be watermarked or processed for platform presentation purposes.
4. Enquiries & Bookings
All enquiries submitted through the platform are handled by the BookMyMedia team. Pricing is provided on a per-enquiry basis and is not published on the platform. Confirmed bookings are governed by the specific terms agreed between BookMyMedia and the Client at the time of booking. BookMyMedia acts as the contracting party for all campaigns. Clients do not have a direct contractual relationship with media partners unless explicitly stated.
5. Partner Terms
Media partners who list inventory on BookMyMedia agree to maintain accurate site data, update availability promptly, and cooperate with campaign execution workflows. Partners grant BookMyMedia the right to display, process, watermark, and modify site photographs and data for platform presentation, including obscuring third-party contact information visible on physical advertising structures. Partners agree to respond to enquiries within 24 hours on business days. Specific commercial terms between BookMyMedia and individual partners are governed by separate Memoranda of Understanding.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
BookMyMedia collects and processes personal data (name, email, phone) submitted through enquiry forms solely for the purpose of responding to advertising enquiries. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil campaign requirements. Partner rate cards and commercial terms are strictly confidential and are not published or shared publicly. Site data (locations, photographs, dimensions) is displayed publicly as part of the marketplace functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including site intelligence scores, quality algorithms, traffic analysis, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of IActive Focus Media Pvt. Ltd. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission. Site photographs remain the property of the respective media partners. BookMyMedia holds a license to display and process them.
8. Limitation of Liability
BookMyMedia provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. BookMyMedia is not liable for any loss arising from site unavailability, installation delays, regulatory actions, structural issues, or any matter relating to the physical advertising sites. BookMyMedia's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes to Terms
BookMyMedia may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Partners and registered users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
